Inder Sharma: Chairman
Mr. Sharma joined Travel Industry in the year 1953 as a transfer assistant. In 1955 he joined as Management Trainee with SITA World Travel, New York and established SITA’s first Asian Office in New Delhi in 1956. In 1963 SITA was converted into a Limited Company and he became the Chairman & Managing Director; a position he held till his retirement in the year 2000. During this period SITA held a leading position in Travel & Tourism Industry.
During his career Mr. Sharma occupied several prestigious positions in the Industry including the Presidentship of PATA, WATA, TAAI and Chairmanship of U.P. Tourism Development Corporation.
He has served on the Board of Directors of Air India, Indian Airlines, Vayudoot, T.F.C.I. and several other government and non-government organisations.
He has been involved in various capacities with FICCI and PHD Chamber of Commerce & Industry and is currently deeply involved with Tourism education as Chairman – Advisory Board, Department of Tourism & Hotel Management, Kurukshetra University. In recognition of his services to the Industry he has been a recipient of Life Membership of PATA, Hall of Fame - IATO, Agasthya Award –TAAI, Life Time Achievement award by FICCI and Life Time Honorary professorship by Bundelkhand University. He is also associated with the University of Nottingham, U.K. as a member, Advisory Council of Christel DeHaan Travel & Tourism Research Institute.
Mr. Sharma is the only travel agent who has received a Presidential Honour of Padma Shri.

Yog Raj Arora: Director
Mr. Yog Raj Arora, a noted Chartered Accountant, is the Chairman and promoter of Aarone Group. He began his entrepreneurial journey in 1980 when he established M/s Yogi Associates, a Chartered Accountancy firm specializing in Income tax matters involving the Taxation and Valuation of Real Estate deals. It was his expertise in the field of real estate valuation that led him to discovering his vision in the creation of a large real estate group. With over 28 years of experience in advising his clients on real estate related tax matters and being involved in the development of over 75 residential and commercial projects, he has been instrumental in the conceptualisation and development of Select CITYWALK.
Under his able leadership, the group is continuously striving to reach greater heights by implementing niche projects such as ‘COUNTYWALK' a 200 acre township in Indore, 1.8 million sq. ft. IT Park in Manesar, an over 50 acres premium residential condominium project in South Delhi, 2 shopping malls in Jammu, a boutique Resort and Spa in Mussoorie, and many more in pipeline.

Arjun Sharma: Director
Arjun is known and respected in the travel industry for his vision, business acumen, leadership skills and drive – qualities which continuously lead him to successfully explore new ideas while building on existing foundations. He is today one of the pillars of consistent development of the tourism industry, not only in India, but also the entire Sub-continent. He is especially known for his passion for innovative marketing in promoting India.
After divesting from the family travel business under erstwhile name of SITA World Travels in 2002, Arjun focused on rebuilding the family’s business under the Select brand umbrella.
Arjun and his family along with Aarone Group are the promoters of Select CITYWALK. Arjun’s vision of Select CITYWALK is best expressed in his words as, “There is only one Harrods; its not about how many malls you can make, its about how well you can make them; we wanted to focus our energy on this one project, and strive for perfection in it. With this mix of hot, likeable brands, the project is a serious shopper’s delight. It has the positioning and sophistication of High Street Kensington, but also carries the romance and energy of India”.
Arjun’s other business interests includes managing Le Passage to India, the No.1 Destination Management Company of the country which handles over 100,000 clients each year and Select Hotels – two unique boutique resorts in Manesar and Goa.

Neeraj Ghei: Director
Neeraj Ghei, a travel professional and a Chartered Accountant has over 26 years of work experience.
She has been instrumental in development & launch of Select CITYWALK – a vibrant, upscale, unique shopping & leisure environment that has changed the way consumers shop and live and is currently involved in ensuring smooth operations of the Shopping Centre.
In the past, she has been associated with SITA World Travel as the Joint Managing Director and Kuoni Travel (India) as Executive Director & COO.
Neeraj has been the youngest and the only lady President of Travel Agents Association of India (TAAI) and her tenure saw the industry being accorded Export Industry status. Adding more feathers to her hat, Neeraj has been a recipient of the “IMM Women Entrepreneur Award 1997”, “Indira Gandhi Priyadarshini Award 1983” and the “EON Fusion Award 1999”, which she shared with her illustrious father, Mr. Inder Sharma, instituted to facilitate celebrities of two generations in the same family organized by the Indo-American Society.
She also started SITA Travel & Tourism Academy in 1992 which gave thousands of trained professionals to the industry and Select Vacations Private Ltd., a name to reckon with in the field of Leisure and Outbound Travel, which has recently been sold to the leading global tourism player - TUI Group.
Currently also focusing on the diversified family business of Select Group, Neeraj is a Promoter / Director with Select Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd., Select Holiday Resorts Pvt. Ltd., The Travel Academy, The Inder Sharma Foundation and Sri Sanskar School of Etiquette & Career Development Pvt. Ltd.
