Terms & Conditions

1. Select Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. (“SIPL”) is offering Assisted Senior Care service with in SelectCITYWALK (“SCW”). Any needful person can avail this service on the terms, as specified herein, provided, his / her age shall be 60 & above. By signing this form, the customer accepts all the terms and conditions mentioned herein.

2. SIPL will offer Complimentary Services at free of cost.

3. In the Hand free shopping / Wheelchair services (“Paid Services”):

a. Our person (“Attendant”) will help to hold the customer’s bags of products, purchased by the customers, within SCW, and the customer is advised not to handover his / her personal belongings, such as, purse, ladies’ bag, mobile, valuable items etc. to the Attendant.

b. This service is limited for SCW only and in case, the customer wants to move out of SCW, either to other adjacent malls / building or leave SCW, the Attendant shall return the bag/s, if any, to the customer at the exit point to SCW or upto the customer’s vehicle, parked at the basement of SCW.

c. The charge for the Paid Services is Rs. 60/- for an hour to be paid at the time of signing of this form and Rs. 60/- per additional hour irrespective of the fraction of time’s usage of one hour to be paid at the time of cancellation. The payment of total charges of the usage of the services shall be made in cash only.

d. To avoid any misuse of the bills, the customer is advised to carry the purchased receipts/bill with himself and not to put these in-side the carry bags. SIPL shall not be liable for any damage or loss of purchased products.

e. Paid services will commence from filling of the form and it will continue till termination of services by the customer or till 10:00 pm of the day or cancellation of services by SIPL, whichever is earlier.

4. SIPL reserves a right to amend, modify and or/reverse, at its sole discretion, any information, terms, etc. of services without any prior notice.

5. All disputes, if any, in connection with the services shall be subjected to New Delhi jurisdiction only.
