Tyres Installation – Independence Day

It is an installation of 100 tyres which consist of pyramid(63 tyres) and 3 pillars(12 tyres each). It’s about 21 feet in width and 19 feet in height. The installation was created by KHAFISM. It’s a group of 6 talented young artists.In this installation, 100 tyres have been used together which depict unison, harmony and progress on our journey through the years gone, and years to come.
The three sides of the of the pyramid depict our freedom struggle by our freedom fighters, and how that freedom is guarded by the soldiers of our army, navy and air force at all hours.
